About Finecast Providing The Total Casting Solution . Finecast is far more than just a supplier of castings as we provide our customer with a one-stop solution for their total casting requirements. In order to assist our customer in successfully producing a finished cast product, our involvement in the early stages of design can provide great time saving and economic benefits. At this early stage we can often identify production-casting difficulties, or advise on cast datum points required for final machining. Our close level of co-operation and support with engineers from the design through to the prototype and production stages results in a product that is far more consistent and economic to produce. From the first production of each product, a full specification of our casting process is recorded - ensuring consistent repeatability of the production castings whilst enabling precise corrective measures to be adopted should the need arise. We believe that our ability to advise in the early design stage, supply machine cut patterns, develop a detailed production casting process specification, together with the final machining heat treatment, and any required finishing specification, offers you a complete product solution.
